How early must I leave for a Padar or island-hopping day?
Boats leave the marina 05:30–06:00 — as of 2026 that is the published window. We time your hotel pickup 20–30 minutes ahead, so expect a 05:00-ish knock. It is worth it: you reach Padar before the heat and the crowds.
Can I combine land and boat in one day?
Yes, if the sea leg is short. A full-day trip occupies roughly 05:30–16:30, which blocks the land rail — the composer above flags this honestly. The classic combination: liveaboard embark or a morning cave, then the 16:00 sunset cruise.
Is self-drive possible?
No. Every vehicle we run — Alphard, Zenix, HiAce, X3 — comes with an English-speaking local driver. Flores hill roads reward local hands, and it keeps our timings honest.
How do marina and boat departures work?
Sea departures are operated via our sister marine brand, Komodo Luxury. You book through one WhatsApp thread; one coordinator syncs your driver and the jetty so car and boat meet on time.
